OUR FOUNDER
Zakon Cyber was founded by Biljana Roksandic, a lawyer with more than 15 years’ experience advising organisations on legal risk, governance and complex commercial matters, with a specialist focus on cybersecurity and technology law.
Alongside an extensive legal career, Biljana holds advanced cybersecurity qualifications, including a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity majoring in governance. This combination of legal expertise and hands-on cyber governance, risk and compliance (GRC) experience enables Biljana to advise clients in a way that bridges legal obligations, cybersecurity expectations and real-world business operations.
Biljana is a recognised industry contributor and regularly speaks at cybersecurity and technology conferences, sharing practical insights with boards, executives and professionals across Australia. She works closely with clients as a trusted adviser, delivering clear, practical legal advice that supports informed decision-making and long-term cyber resilience.
